Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what people ask us most.

Do I have to agree to these terms to use HealthLitBD?

Yes. By creating an account or booking through HealthLitBD you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Does HealthLitBD provide medical treatment?

No. Doctors and hospitals on the platform provide care and are responsible for it. HealthLitBD is the technology that connects you with them.

What happens if a doctor cancels my appointment?

You'll be notified and can book another time or another doctor. If the doctor or hospital is suspended, upcoming bookings are cancelled and you're told straight away.

Can my account be suspended?

Yes, if we believe it is fake, uses false documents, or harms other users. While we investigate, a paid plan is paused — no days are used up.

Can these terms change?

Yes. We'll update the date at the top and tell you about important changes by notification or email before they apply.

Still have a question?

We read every message and reply within one working day.
