We have several branches. Do we need separate accounts?
No. The main owner holds one plan that covers all branches they create. Enterprise includes 3 branches and you can add more.
Can co-owners or managers help run it?
Yes. Add co-owners and staff. Only the main owner buys or renews the plan.
Do patients pay us through HealthLitBD?
No. Patients pay you directly for consultations, tests and treatment, as they do today.
What happens if we stop paying for a plan?
Nothing is deleted. After a 3-day grace period your account returns to the free limits, and everything already listed stays visible.
